The life support training site in Cure hospital proudly announces its accreditation as the first accredited training site in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq by the American Heart Association (AHA). This historic achievement reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality medical training and life-saving skills to individuals across the region.

Under the auspices of the American Heart Association, the Life Support Training Site at Cure hospitalcurrently offers two comprehensive courses designed to provide participants with basic emergency skills.

Basic Life Support Course: This course is designed for medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, medical students, nursing students, and other healthcare practitioners. Participants will learn how to promptly recognize life-threatening emergencies, deliver high-quality chest compressions, manage an appropriate breathing ratio, and effectively use an automated external defibrillator (AED). The BLS course, which is approximately 6 hours long, culminates in an AHA-approved certificate for those who successfully pass the theoretical and practical exams. The certificate is valid for two years and is renewable

Heart Rescue Course: Geared toward individuals with little or no medical training, this course is intended for a diverse audience including airline employees, policemen, firefighters, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school and hotel personnel, and health and fitness club personnel, private drivers, and more. The Heart Saver course includes several vital programs.
